Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
WE DO NOT PROVIDE RETURNS OR REFUNDS FOR ANY TRADING CARD PURCHASES. NO EXCEPTIONS.
We do not provide cancellations or refunds for bot purchases. We do not provide cancellations or refunds for pre-orders. We do not provide cancellations or refunds for change of mind (for Australian Consumer law, please see the ACCC website).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn (clothing) or unused, with tags/labels, and in its original packaging (unopened for products with sealed packaging like supplies). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@thetraders.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return postage is the responsibility of the Beyer, and The Traders will not provide return postage labels or compensation.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Couriers have policies laid out in their T&Cs regarding acceptable delivery of a package. Any damage claims for packages damamged by the delivery process will be directed through the courier themselves, as they are the party responsible for delivering the item. If an item arrives damaged, photos of the damaged packaging (BEFORE opening, not after) are required before any consideration for damage compensation.
We sell sealed trading card products that are meant to be opened. We do not sell product intended for display. Our products may have price stickers on the outer packaging (packs, boxes, plastic wrap, etc.). Product packaging may get slightly damaged during transport, however damaged packaging DOES NOT constitute damaged product unless the actual products inside are damaged. No presumption is made that outer packaging will be in pristine condition, nor is it warrantied as such.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like trading cards (sealed or singles) or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Returns/refunds are not allowed on pre-order items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and contact you with information regarding the refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
